Work starts only after I confirm the page is within scope, receive the approved source and required answers, and confirm payment. The 72-hour delivery period starts at that point, not when this form is sent.

02 / PILOT TERMS
Terms shown before payment
Plain-language operating terms for the first one-page pilot.
One revision
One consolidated revision request is included when sent within seven calendar days of delivery. It covers corrections and copy preferences within the same approved source and scope. New pages, changed source facts, or added features require a new quote.
Cancellation and refund
A cancellation before work starts receives a full refund. After work starts, the custom pilot is non-refundable. If I cannot deliver by the agreed deadline, you may choose a full refund or a new delivery date.
Source and final approval
You confirm that you may provide and use the source material. You remain responsible for approving product facts, prices, contractual language, regulated claims, and the final published page.
Information handling
The pilot is intended for public or client-approved marketing copy. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment data, personal data, or other secrets. Client material is not used as a public sample without separate written approval.
Not included
Website implementation, SEO or conversion results, legal certification, regulatory review, advertising, and user research are not included. High-risk regulated products may be declined before payment.
